I’m assuming that this would be recorded in your analytics platform but you’d need to install that code in Stacker.
If you want to record those links in Stacker, the best way I can see that happening is if they click on a link that takes them to the “Add New” form in Stacker. If that’s the case then instead of using UTM, just use an “autofill__[dev name]” variable.
