I cannot find how to contact support, so am going to post here. We are having trouble with document preview on our system.
When viewing uploaded files in Chrome or Edge, PDFs are being downloaded instead of previewed. Uploaded images are previewing normally.
When viewing in Safari, neither PDFs or images are previewing. PDFs show a blank gray viewer and images display a download button.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and do let me know where I can reach out to support. Thanks!
