The customer access of my app hasn’t been working after I reconnected my Stacker app to a new Airtable base (which is a snapshot of my original base); I keep getting this error,
“This data is taking longer than expected to load,” when I view as one of my customers.
I think the issue has to do with the fact that the newly linked customers are the same as the old ones?
Would appreciate your support on this!!!
Or maybe it has something to do with me sending many requests? I would be really annoyed if that is what causing the issue because we have not

For this issue it sounds like the Airtable base sharing link was changed, if the sharing link has been updated in any way this will lose connection to Stacker and you will need to send through the new sharing link to reconnect the base.
