If I rename my base in Airtable or add different views, and if I also change the name of the views in the table, would it affect what table Stacker refers to?

Renaming the Airtable base and adding Airtable views will not affect Stacker at all. Airtable views are not carried over or supported in Stacker and instead you can create different layouts directly in Stacker by following this guide.
