Date and hour format in order to have a record shown in the calendar view

I want to show, in the “Week” and “Day” views, a record in the according hour instead of as an “all day” event. After trying several possible solutions, I’ve come to the conclusion that the problem is caused by the date and hour format in the corresponding field.

How is the format I have to use in my Google Sheets database?

At the moment we do not support the time format in Google sheets.
