That there is nothing blocking Google Sheets (i.e. an extension). Test in multiple browsers and/or in incognito mode. If you are able to go through onboarding in a private window or different browser, most likely you have a browser extension that was blocking the pop-up.
If you still have issues, please:
- Check if it’s only happening for a specific sheet
- Check if it’s only with a specific google account (e.g. is it a standard account or do you have a business google workspace (gsuite) account)
Send this info to support@stacker.app with screenshots of any error messages.
