Change in features after taking the subscription

I see that the features accessible per pricing tier has been changed. We had took the subscription before that. I see that the permissions and boad view needs a pro plan now. I wanna know how it would impact the people who had taken subscription before the changes. We are on a starter plan currently, and more than 1000 users are accessing the app. It’s a mission critical stack for our workflow. Early resolution would help
