User Can only see one record, not multiple records

Hi there,

I have set up customer access via google sheets.
From an admin view, I can see all the records from my sheet, and all data is transferring correctly.

I have created permissions for user access, however my user can only see (and update) one record, not the multiple records I need them to update.

Any help as to why they can’t see all the records I need them to have access to?

Hi Kirk,

Have you set up permissions so that your user can update all the tables and fields you want them to update?
